Landmark Credit Services will work to improve your credit by challenging the credit items which you believe to be inaccurate, unverifiable, or erroneous information. Our staff will act diligently in the pursuit of repairing your credit history. When we receive your credit reports we will send letters to the credit bureaus and/or your creditors on your behalf in order to communicate your dispute.

Disputing your credit may take more or less than twelve months. Each situation varies, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of our services, nor can we give you an exact amount of time to complete this process. Our agreement is for 12 months, although you may cancel at any time without penalties.

Billing Example:  Services are performed on a monthly basis. Services performed in July, payment will be debited from your account in August.

We warranty the success of our work by offering a money back guarantee.  If you,
(the client) are in compliance with all terms within this agreement, and no item is improved or removed after the first 3 challenges, the client will have upon written request the right to cancel and receive a refund of the first 3 monthly fees. No other guarantees are implied or suggested.

The initial sign-up fee is $159.00. If we order credit reports, the initial sign-up fee is $174.00. The monthly fee is $79.00, which is billed the following month. As a client
you may correspond with our staff by telephone, fax or e-mail as much as you need
at no-additional cost.  

At the same time you agree to:
» Use Landmark Credit Services to dispute the negative items you believe may be    inaccurate, unverifiable or erroneous.
» Communicate with our staff as to which items you believe are incorrect.
» Forward all correspondence via mail from the creditors and credit bureau's.
» Send us your reports at least every 60 days.
» Inform us of any address change.
» Pay Landmark Credit Services the initial setup fee within the next 15 days. You may    choose the 1st, or 15th off the month. $79.00 each month thereafter for the work    performed the previous month. You may choose the 1st or the 15th to make your    monthly payment. You understand that failure to complete these procedures will    void the service warranty.
